4. Results disclaimer

While we aim to deliver strong visibility and performance, we do not guarantee specific results such as:

Ranking or virality on any platform

Performance may vary depending on market conditions, platform algorithms, and other external factors.

5. Payments

Fees are agreed upon before project start
Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

Content created for clients may be used for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed
Clients retain rights to their own brand assets
